HyperScale Labs is seeking an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to design, scale, and secure our high-throughput cloud infrastructure. You will champion production health, optimize multi-region deployments, and build automated tooling that minimizes human intervention in operational workflows.
This role offers high impact across our engineering organization, driving critical decisions in observability, disaster recovery, and architecture resilience.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain multi-region Kubernetes clusters on AWS with an emphasis on high availability.
- Design, build, and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines to support zero-downtime deployments.
- Implement enterprise-grade observability stacks utilizing Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
- Drive incident management protocols, lead technical post-mortems, and establish actionable remediation plans.
- Develop internal infrastructure tooling and automation using Go and Python.
- Define and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and error budgets across all core services.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of dedicated experience managing mission-critical cloud infrastructure at scale.
- Advanced production expertise with Kubernetes, Terraform, and the AWS ecosystem.
- Proficiency in systems programming with Go, Python, or Rust.
- Deep understanding of Linux internals, distributed systems, and low-latency networking.
- Demonstrated experience defining reliability standards, on-call rotations, and blameless post-mortem cultures.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
