Synthex Cloud Solutions is seeking an exceptional Senior Staff Platform Engineer to lead the evolution of our high-scale developer platform. In this role, you will architect resilient distributed infrastructure, accelerate deployment velocity, and define engineering standards across multi-region Kubernetes clusters supporting millions of daily active users.
We prioritize automation, developer ergonomics, and deep system reliability. You will work closely with product and security leadership to eliminate operational friction and deliver zero-trust internal tooling at scale.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, scale, and maintain multi-region Kubernetes infrastructure on AWS utilizing Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Design and execute internal developer platform (IDP) tooling to reduce onboarding and deployment cycles by 40%.
- Establish observability standards across metrics, logs, and distributed traces using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
- Lead root-cause investigations for complex, platform-wide outages and implement preventative automated remediation.
- Enforce zero-trust security architecture, automated policy compliance, and vulnerability remediation across CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor senior and mid-level engineers on distributed systems design, fault tolerance, and production excellence.
Kualifikasi
- 7+ years of professional experience managing production cloud infrastructure at scale in AWS or GCP.
- Expertise in container orchestration with Kubernetes, Helm, and service mesh architectures (Istio or Linkerd).
- Production-grade programming proficiency in Go, Python, or Rust for systems automation and tooling.
- Deep mastery of Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform, Terragrunt, or Pulumi.
- Demonstrated experience architecting enterprise CI/CD workflows utilizing GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or GitLab CI.
- Proven track record of designing distributed observability stacks with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical industry experience.
