ScalePulse Technologies is seeking an exceptional Staff Cloud Platform Engineer to architect, scale, and maintain our next-generation infrastructure. In this role, you will define foundational cloud topology, optimize distributed runtime environments, and empower product engineering teams with enterprise-grade developer platforms.
You will collaborate directly with our infrastructure leads and security architects to deliver zero-downtime rollouts, resilient distributed computing, and cost-effective scaling solutions across multi-region hybrid clouds.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, provision, and maintain production-grade multi-region Kubernetes clusters across AWS and GCP.
- Develop and enforce declarative Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards using Terraform and GitOps practices.
- Build automated developer tooling and internal platforms to streamline deployment pipelines and reduce mean-time-to-ship.
- Implement comprehensive observability, tracing, and alerting frameworks with Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
- Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) and mitigation protocols for production incidents and high-severity outages.
- Mentor senior and mid-level engineers on distributed systems resiliency, fault tolerance, and secure architecture patterns.
Kualifikasi
- 7+ years of dedicated experience running mission-critical cloud infrastructure at scale.
- Deep expertise with Kubernetes orchestration, service meshes (Istio or Linkerd), and Linux internals.
- Production proficiency in Go, Python, or Rust for systems tooling and automation.
- Demonstrated mastery of Terraform, Helm, and GitOps workflows (ArgoCD or Flux).
- Strong knowledge of distributed networking, VPC routing, DNS, BGP, and TLS termination.
- Proven track record reducing infrastructure cost while upholding 99.99% system availability targets.
