Easy Sunday is seeking a dedicated Staff IT Infrastructure and Support to ensure seamless daily technical operations and robust infrastructure reliability in Jakarta Raya.
In this role, you will act as the first line of defense for internal systems, managing end-user support, maintaining core business applications, and enforcing endpoint security policies. You will work closely with the IT Manager to safeguard company assets, implement identity and access management controls, and maintain system availability across hardware, software, and local network environments.

Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver first-line technical support to end-users for hardware, operating systems, and core internal applications.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain desktop hardware, laptops, peripherals, and mobile workstations.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and directory services following least-privilege security policies.
- Enforce endpoint security standards, including antivirus deployments, patching schedules, and disk encryption.
- Assist the IT Manager in monitoring local network infrastructure, firewalls, switches, and internet gateways.
- Document technical workflows, incident resolutions, and maintain an accurate IT asset inventory.
- Respond promptly to system outages and escalate complex infrastructure incidents to senior staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or junior infrastructure administration.
- Hands-on experience with Windows/macOS operating systems, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory / Entra ID.
- Solid understanding of basic networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs).
- Familiarity with endpoint management tools, antivirus administration, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to IT security protocols and user access governance.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian and working proficiency in English.
