Aether Infrastructure is hiring a Staff Platform Engineer to lead the architecture and resilience of our global cloud platform. You will build high-throughput infrastructure primitives, drive developer velocity, and own the multi-region Kubernetes substrate that powers millions of customer transactions daily.
We prioritize zero-toil operations, declarative GitOps workflows, and automated self-healing systems. You will work directly with principal leadership to shape our foundational technical roadmap.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, scale, and secure multi-cloud Kubernetes clusters running mission-critical microservices.
- Design and maintain declarative Infrastructure as Code (IaC) modules using Terraform and Crossplane.
- Engineer internal developer platform (IDP) tooling to streamline developer onboarding and deployment lifecycles.
- Establish distributed observability architectures utilizing OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Define service-level objectives (SLOs), lead post-incident reviews, and mitigate system failure modes.
- Enforce zero-trust network boundaries, secrets management, and automated IAM policies.
Kualifikasi
- 8+ years of professional experience managing distributed Linux systems in high-scale cloud environments.
- Production-proven expertise with Kubernetes runtime, networking (CNI), and container orchestration.
- Advanced software development skills in Go or Python for custom tooling and Kubernetes operators.
- Demonstrated success driving infrastructure reliability initiatives across AWS or GCP.
- Expert understanding of GitOps methodologies (ArgoCD/Flux), CI/CD pipelines, and artifact supply chain security.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, equivalent technical degree, or practical engineering experience.
