Are you passionate about emerging technologies and inspiring the next generation of digital innovators? Future Ready Academy is seeking a proactive Teacher / Assistant Teacher Intern (Tech Education) to join our dynamic educational team in Jakarta.
In this role, you will assist in delivering cutting-edge STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) curricula to children and young learners. You will collaborate closely with experienced educators to facilitate hands-on learning experiences in robotics, coding, and digital problem-solving. This position offers real-world teaching experience, mentorship in curriculum execution, and exposure to leading-edge educational technologies.
The ideal candidate is an articulate English speaker who enjoys interactive teaching environments, possesses strong technological aptitude, and demonstrates an enthusiastic approach to mentoring young students.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist lead educators in delivering high-engagement STEAM, robotics, and coding curricula to young learners.
- Prepare instructional materials, hardware modules, and software tools prior to classroom sessions.
- Provide one-on-one technical troubleshooting and academic support to students during practical activities.
- Maintain an orderly, positive, and safe classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and creative thinking.
- Track student attendance, monitor class progress, and assist with constructive student performance feedback.
- Support the planning and execution of internal tech showcases, workshops, and educational academy events.
Kualifikasi
- Current undergraduate student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related discipline.
- Fluent English communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly to children.
- Familiarity with foundational programming concepts, block-based coding (e.g., Scratch), or basic robotics.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and patience for working with children and adolescent learners.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, high adaptability, and dependable organizational skills.
- Willingness to commit to scheduled classroom training and on-site event facilitation.
