Made For Ayura is seeking a skilled and proactive Web Developer to join our growing technology team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will work within a dynamic startup environment to build, optimize, and maintain high-impact web-based systems and digital infrastructure.
As a core contributor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and UI/UX designers, to translate functional requirements into clean, scalable, and responsive web applications. You will be instrumental in diagnosing performance bottlenecks, refactoring legacy code, and implementing modern architectural patterns to ensure high availability and responsiveness across all platforms.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, test, and deploy robust web applications and internal tools.
- Maintain and improve existing web platforms, ensuring high availability and peak performance.
- Collaborate with designers and product owners to translate wireframes into functional features.
- Build and integrate scalable RESTful APIs and third-party web services.
- Optimize frontend and backend workflows for speed, scalability, and cross-browser responsiveness.
- Identify, debug, and resolve system anomalies, security vulnerabilities, and functional defects.
- Maintain code integrity, documentation, and version control using standard Git workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of professional software engineering or web development experience.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and backend stacks such as PHP/Laravel or Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases, primarily MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design, integration, and asynchronous request handling.
- Working knowledge of Git version control and code deployment pipelines.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills in startup environments.
