Aesendia is seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Account Executive (Aesthetic Products) to accelerate our sales growth across the Jakarta region. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, and medical wellness centers, showcasing state-of-the-art aesthetic equipment and clinical solutions.
You will manage the entire commercial cycle from lead prospecting and hands-on product demonstrations to deal closing and ongoing relationship management. You will analyze emerging clinical trends, position high-value aesthetic technologies, and deliver measurable revenue impact for our clients and business partners.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with aesthetic clinics, medical spas, and certified practitioners across Jakarta Raya.
- Conduct product presentations and clinical demonstrations of aesthetic devices for prospective clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue quotas.
- Build and sustain long-term commercial partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and clinic owners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory updates in the aesthetic medical device sector.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and technical support teams to optimize client onboarding and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
- Proven 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within medical devices, aesthetic technology, or pharmaceutical sales.
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding commercial sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and live product demonstration skills.
- Existing network within Jakarta aesthetic clinics and dermatology practices is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
