OTTO Digital is hiring a skilled Civil Engineer to oversee physical infrastructure and corporate facilities projects across Jakarta Raya. This role bridges technical engineering design and operational execution, ensuring all company properties, data sites, and office expansions adhere to the highest structural and safety benchmarks.
You will lead engineering assessments, manage vendor and contractor workflows, monitor compliance with Indonesian construction standards, and deliver structural initiatives on budget and on schedule. The ideal candidate brings hands-on field experience, strong analytical acumen, and the capability to coordinate multi-stakeholder civil engineering deliverables within a fast-scaling tech and digital finance environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor civil engineering and structural projects across company facilities.
- Conduct structural assessments, site feasibility studies, and risk evaluations.
- Review architectural drawings, vendor technical proposals, and bill of quantities (BOQ).
- Supervise contractors and on-site construction to verify compliance with safety and building codes.
- Manage project schedules, track milestones, and control budget expenditures.
- Coordinate with local municipal authorities for building permits and statutory clearances.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in civil engineering, site supervision, or structural design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS, or related structural engineering software.
- Deep working knowledge of Indonesian building codes (SNI) and occupational health and safety (K3).
- Demonstrated experience managing contractors, BOQ verification, and project timelines.
- Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
