OTTO Digital is hiring a qualified and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our infrastructure and operations division in Jakarta Raya. This role bridges physical infrastructure planning, site project execution, and project financial controls.
As a Civil Engineer at OTTO Digital, you will evaluate technical site developments, manage project life cycles, and track operational metrics. A core aspect of this position includes processing and analyzing infrastructure performance and financial data to construct structured presentation decks for executive management reporting. You will lead cost estimation, contractor evaluations, timeline governance, and resource optimization across various organizational facilities and technical deployments.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, design, and oversee site infrastructure and structural development initiatives.
- Process and analyze operational performance and capital expenditure data for ongoing infrastructure projects.
- Construct structured, data-driven presentation decks and executive dashboards for management reporting.
- Evaluate contractor proposals, architectural drawings, bills of quantities (BOQ), and engineering estimates.
- Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure strict adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Track project timelines, identify delivery bottlenecks, and implement mitigation plans to avoid cost overruns.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with finance, procurement, and operations teams to align infrastructure delivery with commercial objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in civil engineering, project controls, or site construction management.
- Demonstrated proficiency in financial tracking, cost estimation, and management deck preparation.
- Hands-on experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and project management platforms.
- Advanced analytical skills using Microsoft Excel and presentation software (PowerPoint/Google Slides).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction standards, zoning regulations, and building compliance.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
