OTTO Digital is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our growing team in Kebayoran Lama, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will bridge technical engineering operations and client-facing delivery, serving as a primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of key accounts and infrastructure initiatives.
You will oversee project execution, coordinate site inspections, review engineering designs, and cultivate enduring stakeholder relationships to ensure compliance with project scopes, local regulations, and industry standards. This position is ideal for an engineer who combines rigorous structural expertise with exceptional communication and commercial negotiation capabilities.

Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring deliverables align with project parameters.
- Build and sustain productive, long-term relationships with key developers, subcontractors, and enterprise partners.
- Review, evaluate, and interpret civil engineering designs, site plans, structural calculations, and technical specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess construction quality, safety compliance, and project schedule adherence.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to resolve project bottlenecks and clarify project requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports, cost estimations, and risk management documentation for executive leadership.
- Ensure all civil construction activities comply with Indonesian building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of proven experience in civil engineering, site management, or technical client-facing roles.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS, or Revit.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client relationship management capabilities.
- Sound knowledge of local Indonesian building codes, permitting procedures, and safety standards (K3).
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and project scheduling skills.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; professional working proficiency in English.
