OTTO Digital is seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Civil Engineer to join our team in Jakarta Raya. This hybrid technical and client-facing role combines engineering acumen with commercial development, focusing on identifying infrastructure solutions, delivering client technical presentations, and expanding our industry footprint.
In this role, you will bridge technical design requirements with prospective client needs. You will evaluate structural specifications, prepare technical proposals, and engage enterprise stakeholders across multiple channels. The ideal candidate possesses a solid engineering foundation alongside strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities to drive project success from initial prospecting through contract execution.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect potential corporate and infrastructure clients through targeted outreach, networking, and industry referrals.
- Conduct high-impact technical presentations and solution demonstrations for prospective partners and project stakeholders.
- Analyze structural designs, project blueprints, and tender documentation to prepare cost estimates and technical bids.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to align client technical requirements with regulatory standards and building codes.
- Serve as the key technical advisor during negotiations, contract formulation, and project handoff phases.
- Maintain and manage the client acquisition pipeline, reporting project progress and market intelligence to leadership.
- Ensure technical feasibility and compliance with local construction and environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in civil engineering, technical sales, or engineering project consulting.
- Demonstrated ability in client presentations, technical proposal drafting, and project estimation.
- Proficiency in standard engineering design tools such as AutoCAD and structural analysis software.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian civil engineering standards, permits, and construction safety codes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving capabilities and commercial awareness.
