Nexbridge Recruitment is actively seeking motivated Junior to Mid-Level Engineers to support expanding operations across top-tier manufacturing, precision engineering, electronics, and technology organizations in Singapore. We currently have multiple positions available across key technical functions, including Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Program Management, R&D Testing, and Facility Operations.
In these roles, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, executing robust verification protocols, managing cross-functional product schedules, and sustaining high-reliability plant infrastructure. Depending on your engineering discipline, you will interface directly with production teams, design specialists, vendor networks, and internal stakeholders to resolve complex technical bottlenecks, reduce downtime, and accelerate deployment timelines.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, monitor, and optimize technical workflows across assigned domain functions (Manufacturing, Quality, Facilities, R&D, or Program).
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and execute corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) to eliminate quality defects and operational downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to track schedules, monitor milestones, and meet customer deliverables.
- Execute design verification tests, reliability assessments, and functional validation for new and existing product lines.
- Maintain and troubleshoot facility infrastructure, utilities, and cleanroom/production equipment in compliance with EHS and statutory standards.
- Generate technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and engineering validation reports.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Chemical, or related Engineering discipline.
- 1 to 4 years of engineering experience in manufacturing, quality control, R&D, facilities, or technical project support.
- Working knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or 5S.
- Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001) and engineering drawing interpretation (CAD/SolidWorks).
- Strong diagnostic and analytical troubleshooting capabilities.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to manage technical stakeholders and vendors.
