We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Waiter / Waitress to join our high-energy restaurant team. In this role, you will be the face of our dining room, delivering exceptional service, offering insightful menu recommendations, and creating memorable experiences for both local and international guests.

This position offers competitive compensation ranging from IDR 4,000,000 to IDR 6,000,000 per month, alongside clear opportunities for professional growth within a supportive and dynamic organization. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests warmly, presenting menus and answering questions about food preparation and beverage pairings.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system and communicate special dietary requirements to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to all food safety and service standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and promptly resolve any service or meal concerns.
- Maintain dining room cleanliness by bussing tables, resetting place settings, and polishing glassware and cutlery.
- Process customer bills, handle cash and digital transactions accurately, and manage daily register closings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a waiter or server in a high-volume restaurant or upscale hospitality venue.
- Current resident of Bali with valid local work eligibility.
- Fluent and confident conversational English communication skills to interact with international guests.
- Strong knowledge of table service etiquette, food hygiene standards, and order processing.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities with a proactive, customer-first mindset.
