PT. Golden Rock Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Engineer (FSE) for Medical Devices with a strong background in Electromedical Engineering to join our technical operations team in North Jakarta. In this role, you will serve as a frontline technical specialist responsible for the installation, preventive maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of critical biomedical and medical equipment across hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.

Tanggung Jawab
- Execute on-site installation, commissioning, and calibration of specialized medical devices at healthcare facilities.
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and routine inspections to maximize equipment uptime and lifecycle.
- Diagnose hardware failures, troubleshoot electrical/mechanical systems, and carry out rapid repairs on-site.
- Deliver comprehensive technical support and operational training to doctors, nurses, and hospital technicians.
- Maintain detailed and accurate service reports, customer sign-offs, and compliance documentation.
- Manage field spare parts inventory, tools, and test equipment in compliance with safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electromedical Engineering (Teknik Elektromedik) or Biomedical Engineering.
- Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience as a Field Service Engineer handling medical or clinical devices.
- Possession of an active Electromedical Registration Certificate (STR Elektromedik) is strongly preferred.
- Sound technical knowledge of biomedical electronic circuits, calibration procedures, and safety compliance.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to diagnose complex electro-mechanical issues independently.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A / SIM C) and willingness to travel to client sites.
