Watsons Malaysia is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Health Advisor to join our flagship retail team at MyTOWN Shopping Centre, Cheras. In this vital retail role, you will serve as the trusted frontline expert guiding customers through holistic health, nutritional supplements, and everyday wellness solutions.
As a Health Advisor at Watsons, you will merge wellness expertise with retail excellence. You will engage shoppers, administer basic non-invasive health checks, demystify health products, and deliver personalized wellness consultations that elevate the overall retail pharmacy experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver professional, empathetic healthcare and nutritional advice tailored to customer needs.
- Conduct basic health screenings, including blood pressure monitoring and BMI measurements.
- Recommend over-the-counter vitamins, minerals, supplements, and specialized wellness items.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards and stock availability within the healthcare section.
- Achieve individual and store health category sales goals through active customer engagement.
- Monitor inventory levels, expiry dates, and proper storage of healthcare inventory.
- Stay informed on evolving product formulations, clinical certifications, and retail promotions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, Nursing, or related health science fields.
- Prior experience in retail pharmacy, health supplement sales, or customer service is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with an approachable customer-first attitude.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia; multilingual skills are a plus.
- Willingness to work retail operational hours, including weekends, shifts, and public holidays.
- Demonstrated interest in preventative health, consumer wellness, and retail performance.
