PT Pesta Pora Abadi is seeking dynamic, ambitious, and driven professionals to join our fast-track Management Trainee Operations Program in DI Yogyakarta. This intensive leadership pathway is designed to cultivate future operational leaders capable of managing high-volume retail and food service branches.
As an Operations Management Trainee, you will undergo structured cross-functional rotations, gaining hands-on exposure to supply chain management, store operations, quality assurance, team leadership, and business analytics. You will work alongside experienced operational managers to optimize workflow efficiency, ensure standard operating procedures (SOP) compliance, and drive revenue growth across regional outlets.
This role offers accelerated career advancement, continuous executive mentorship, and direct involvement in high-impact operational projects. Successful candidates will graduate from the program into key leadership roles within the company's expanding retail and consumer operations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Complete rotating assignments across store operations, inventory control, and supply chain logistics.
- Supervise daily shift operations, ensuring strict compliance with safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Analyze branch performance metrics, sales patterns, and labor productivity to identify operational bottlenecks.
- Assist in managing store-level profit and loss (P&L), inventory shrinkage, and operational expenditure.
- Lead, train, and mentor frontline team members to achieve operational and customer service KPIs.
- Execute strategic business improvement initiatives and present project outcomes to senior executives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of operational or retail experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in university organizations or previous professional roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willingness to undergo shift work schedules and potential regional rotations across DI Yogyakarta.
