Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient customer service on the retail sales floor.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) cash registers, process customer payments, and handle returns accurately.
- Replenish merchandise, rotate products according to expiry dates, and maintain visual merchandising guidelines.
- Assist shoppers by answering product inquiries, locating items, and recommending current store promotions.
- Perform regular shelf tidying, price tag verification, and maintain general store cleanliness.
- Support inventory management processes, including periodic stock audits and loss prevention measures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent educational background.
- Previous experience in retail operations, customer service, or cashiering is an advantage; entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Good command of spoken Bahasa Malaysia and basic conversational English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a polite, customer-first mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible part-time shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic numeracy skills and attention to detail during cash and electronic transactions.
