PT Solardex Energy Indonesia is looking for a qualified HR Professional to join our team in Semarang, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end human resources operations, ranging from talent acquisition to employee lifecycle management, within a growing renewable energy business.
You will partner with department heads to support workforce planning, drive employee engagement, maintain industrial relations, and uphold compliance with Indonesian labor laws. The ideal candidate brings operational rigor, strong communication capabilities, and experience handling HR operations in an industrial or engineering environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
- Maintain compliance with Indonesian labor regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and company policies.
- Oversee payroll processing, attendance tracking, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan/Kesehatan administration.
- Facilitate performance management cycles and support employee development programs.
- Handle employee grievances, dispute resolutions, and disciplinary procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and generate regular HR reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Specialist.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, industrial relations, and BPJS procedures.
- Demonstrated experience managing recruitment pipelines and applicant workflows.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and office productivity tools (Google Workspace, MS Office).
