Perfetti Van Melle is seeking an experienced and strategic HRBP Operations to join our manufacturing and supply chain operations in Bogor, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will act as a vital strategic partner to plant leaders, line managers, and operational teams, aligning people initiatives with manufacturing objectives.
You will oversee employee relations, workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness across plant operations. The ideal candidate brings strong industrial relations expertise, labor law proficiency, and proven ability to build a productive, high-retention shop-floor culture within an FMCG manufacturing environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with operations leadership to align operational KPIs with people strategies.
- Provide continuous guidance to plant managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Manage industrial and employee relations to maintain labor harmony and factory compliance.
- Facilitate swift conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Lead workforce planning, headcount control, and operator-to-supervisor recruitment pipelines.
- Design and execute shop-floor capability building, upskilling, and performance management initiatives.
- Monitor HR metrics including plant turnover, absenteeism, and engagement to drive retention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Psychology, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of HRBP or generalist HR experience within a manufacturing or FMCG facility.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan and UU Cipta Kerja).
- Proven track record managing bipartite negotiations, unions, and industrial relations.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and mediation capabilities across operational tiers.
- Proficiency in HR analytics and HRIS tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, written and spoken.
