Xtendops is seeking an innovative and results-driven Instructional Designer to join our expanding team in Cebu City. In this role, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-impact learning experiences tailored to support our fast-paced operational demands. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, team leads, and internal stakeholders to translate complex operational concepts into intuitive, interactive training solutions.
As an Instructional Designer at Xtendops, you will champion modern learning methodologies, transforming traditional onboarding and continuous education into engaging digital curricula. From conducting comprehensive performance gap analyses to authoring robust multimedia modules and managing LMS deployments, your work directly influences employee performance, operational quality, and retention.

Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to analyze training requirements and define target learning outcomes.
- Apply proven adult learning theories (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy) to architect engaging interactive curricula and assessments.
- Develop scalable asynchronous e-learning modules, simulations, and microlearning assets using authoring software such as Articulate 360.
- Design comprehensive instructor-led training (ILT) and virtual instructor-led training (VILT) materials, including facilitator guides and participant workbooks.
- Manage course publishing, versioning, and cataloging within the Learning Management System (LMS) in SCORM/xAPI formats.
- Establish quantitative and qualitative assessment frameworks to evaluate instructional efficacy and business performance impact.
- Review, maintain, and refresh existing training materials to align with evolving organizational processes and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven experience in instructional systems design, curriculum development, or e-learning authoring.
- Expert proficiency with industry authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
- Demonstrated expertise with Learning Management Systems (LMS) deployment, administration, and reporting.
- Solid foundation in adult learning theory, cognitive load management, and multimedia instructional design principles.
- Excellent visual design capability with foundational knowledge of graphic and audio-editing tools.
- Strong stakeholder management, technical writing, and oral communication skills in English.
