Green Energi Utama is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from our office in Malang, Jawa Timur. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to drive our renewable and clean energy initiatives forward.
As a key member of our People Operations team, you will collaborate closely with department heads and executive leadership to identify hiring needs, develop proactive talent pipelines, and implement scalable recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate blends deep sourcing expertise with a passion for candidate experience and a metrics-driven approach to recruitment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, commercial, and operational roles across the organization.
- Partner with hiring managers to determine workforce planning needs, job specifications, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Source active and passive candidates through diverse channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and campus outreach.
- Screen resumes, conduct structured behavioral interviews, and coordinate assessments.
- Maintain and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate pipeline tracking and data integrity.
- Design and execute employer branding initiatives to position Green Energi Utama as an employer of choice.
- Negotiate job offers, prepare employment agreements, and facilitate smooth onboarding transitions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4–6 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably within energy, engineering, or fast-scaling tech industries.
- Demonstrated track record of sourcing and closing high-impact specialized roles.
- Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job platforms, and advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian employment regulations and labor standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Professional fluency in both English and Indonesian, written and spoken.
