Villa Kayu Raja is seeking a detail-oriented and qualified MEP Engineer to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure across our luxury villa property in Seminyak, Bali. This role ensures all building utility systems run with maximum efficiency, safety, and reliability to maintain our standard of guest satisfaction.
As an MEP Engineer at Villa Kayu Raja, you will take ownership of routine inspections, preventative maintenance schedules, troubleshooting, and direct contractor oversight during facility upgrades. You will collaborate closely with the hospitality operations and facility management teams to maintain uninterrupted power, optimal water distribution, efficient wastewater management, and climate control across all guest units and operational facilities.
The ideal candidate possesses hands-on expertise in diagnosing complex electrical and plumbing issues, executing HVAC system maintenance, and adhering to regional environmental and building codes. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, review, and supervise mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across all villa facilities.
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance on water heaters, pumps, HVAC units, backup generators, and distribution panels.
- Diagnose and resolve emergency MEP breakdowns promptly to minimize impact on guest operations.
- Coordinate with external contractors, equipment suppliers, and regulatory inspectors during facility upgrades.
- Monitor utility consumption, identify cost-saving initiatives, and optimize energy and water efficiency.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, schematics, operational manuals, and compliance documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant MEP experience, preferably within a luxury hotel, resort, or villa complex.
- Solid understanding of single/three-phase electrical systems, deep well pumps, filtration, and split/VRV air conditioning.
- Proficiency in reading building schematics, single-line diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Ability to work on-call and manage emergency troubleshooting under tight operational timelines.
- Strong communication skills with basic proficiency in professional English.
