In this role, you will be the face of Watsons, delivering exceptional customer care, assisting shoppers with product recommendations, and ensuring store operations run smoothly. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the store.
- Provide accurate product information and recommendations regarding health, beauty, and personal care ranges.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) register accurately, processing cash, card, and digital wallet transactions.
- Replenish store shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure product pricing labels are accurate.
- Monitor product expiry dates and assist with regular stock cycle counts and inventory intake.
- Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising guidelines across all aisles.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and escalate complex service matters to store supervisors.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent secondary school completion.
- Open to fresh graduates, school leavers, and tertiary students seeking part-time employment.
- Friendly, approachable personality with a customer-centric mindset.
- Basic numeracy skills and comfort handling retail checkout registers.
- Conversational proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional language skills are an asset.
- Ability to work retail shift hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Physical capability to stand for extended durations and manage light stock lifting.
