Ocean Centra Furnindo is hiring a proactive PPIC Specialist to streamline production workflows and elevate supply chain operations at our manufacturing facility in Cikupa, Banten. This role serves as the critical operational bridge aligning sales demand, inventory availability, and factory throughput.
As our PPIC Specialist, you will oversee master production scheduling, balance line capacity, and track materials from procurement through delivery. You will identify supply bottlenecks, mitigate material shortages, and enforce lean inventory practices to maximize manufacturing yield. Working closely with procurement, production, and warehouse teams, you will optimize resource utilization and maintain high fulfillment standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, monitor, and adjust master production schedules (MPS) and detailed shop-floor production plans.
- Manage inventory levels for raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods to maintain optimal safety stock.
- Coordinate with procurement to establish purchase schedules and ensure timely delivery of manufacturing inputs.
- Calculate material requirements (MRP) based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and bill of materials (BOM).
- Track production metrics, analyze downtime and material variance causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with warehouse and quality teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and expedite fulfillment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of professional PPIC experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP manufacturing systems and material management modules.
- Advanced analytical skills using Microsoft Excel for forecasting, capacity models, and inventory reports.
- Firm grasp of BOM structures, lead times, safety stocks, and lean manufacturing fundamentals.
- Strong problem-solving capability with clear verbal and written communication skills.
