Fallon Chase is seeking an experienced, results-driven Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations at our multinational manufacturing facility in Serang, Banten. In this pivotal leadership role, you will orchestrate logistics, procurement, production planning, and inventory management to maximize operational efficiency and maintain world-class manufacturing standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Direct end-to-end supply chain operations, including strategic sourcing, demand planning, inventory control, and logistics management.
- Establish, monitor, and optimize key supply chain performance metrics (KPIs) to drive continuous cost reduction and delivery efficiency.
- Collaborate with plant operations and production teams to synchronize material flows with output targets.
- Manage relationships and contract negotiations with primary domestic and international vendors and freight providers.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with Indonesian import/export laws, customs procedures, and internal global compliance mandates.
- Lead and mentor warehouse and logistics teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of supply chain experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced inventory optimization tools.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian customs clearance, bonded zones (Kawasan Berikat), and logistics regulations.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills in high-volume production settings.
- Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
