Sejahtera Unggul Nusantara is seeking an experienced and operational-focused Production Field Team Manager to oversee manufacturing workflows at our Jakarta Barat facility. In this role, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end production cycle, coordinating operations directly from purchase order intake through to finished goods dispatch.
As a key operations leader, you will manage shop-floor teams, ensure high-capacity output, eliminate bottlenecks, and uphold rigorous quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate brings strong tactical leadership, practical manufacturing knowledge, and a commitment to operational efficiency in a high-demand environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, schedule, and direct daily field production activities based on incoming purchase orders.
- Supervise on-site manufacturing crews, assign shifts, and optimize resource allocation across lines.
- Monitor the end-to-end conversion process from raw materials to finalized products, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Implement and enforce strict quality control and workplace safety (K3) protocols on the production floor.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, reduce material waste, and improve line throughput.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics departments to align supply availability with output schedules.
- Track daily operational KPIs and report output, downtime, and yield metrics to plant leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in production management, manufacturing floor operations, or industrial field supervision.
- Demonstrated experience managing direct production teams and executing purchase order schedules.
- Solid knowledge of Lean manufacturing, 5S methodologies, and quality control systems.
- Strong problem-solving capability under tight deadlines with high attention to operational detail.
- Effective leadership, conflict resolution, and team communication skills.
- Based in or willing to work on-site in Jakarta Barat.
