Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering construction and maintenance projects from inception to completion.
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies to align technical requirements and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to evaluate physical progress, workmanship quality, and workplace safety compliance.
- Review mechanical schematics, blueprints, and equipment specifications to detect discrepancies early.
- Track project budgets, material procurements, and delivery schedules to prevent operational delays.
- Prepare technical submittals, progress reports, variation orders, and operation-and-maintenance manuals.
- Identify on-site technical bottlenecks and implement practical engineering solutions promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates and junior candidates are welcome; structured training will be provided.
- Working familiarity with AutoCAD, BIM, or related mechanical drafting software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including MS Excel and MS Project.
- Strong problem-solving ability, technical aptitude, and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to work independently and manage on-site field requirements in the West Region.
