PT MC Pet Film Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled Reliability Mechanical Supervisor to lead equipment maintenance and operational efficiency at our manufacturing facility in Cilegon, Banten. In this role, you will lead proactive maintenance planning, execute critical mechanical engineering projects, and ensure high plant asset availability.
The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in rotating and static equipment with strong supervisory skills. You will drive root cause analyses, manage predictive and preventive maintenance schedules, optimize spare parts inventory, and champion plant safety standards to eliminate unscheduled downtime and maintain continuous production excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, schedule, and supervise daily mechanical maintenance activities, inspections, and overhauls.
- Develop and execute predictive and preventive maintenance (PdM/PM) programs to increase mean time between failures (MTBF).
- Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) on mechanical equipment breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor mechanical spare parts inventory levels, establish minimum-maximum stock thresholds, and track procurement.
- Supervise mechanical maintenance technicians and third-party contractors, enforcing strict HSE protocols.
- Manage turnaround and shutdown maintenance schedules to meet quality, cost, and timeline targets.
- Utilize CMMS to track work orders, monitor maintenance KPIs, and evaluate operational expenditure.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in continuous process manufacturing or chemical plants.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- In-depth technical knowledge of rotating equipment, pumps, gearboxes, compressors, piping, and alignment systems.
- Hands-on experience with predictive maintenance techniques including vibration analysis, thermography, and lubrication control.
- Proficiency in CMMS (e.g., SAP PM) and maintenance documentation workflows.
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and effective bilingual communication in Indonesian and English.
