RELX (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our operations in Batam, Kepulauan Riau. In this pivotal role, you will act as the operational bridge between our commercial sales units, manufacturing floors, and external clients.

You will manage daily client interactions, resolve fulfillment bottlenecks, and maintain precise records across our enterprise systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Process incoming sales orders accurately into the ERP system and verify customer specifications against production schedules.
- Act as the primary point of contact between commercial teams, production planning, warehouse, and shipping departments.
- Monitor production workflows to track order status and proactively communicate lead times or delivery delays to clients.
- Maintain and update customer master data, price lists, and contract documents with high precision.
- Prepare sales performance summaries, shipping documentation, and delivery reports for regional management.
- Coordinate with quality assurance and customer support teams to resolve shipment discrepancies or product inquiries promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Operations Clerk, or Order Fulfillment Specialist within a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms (such as SAP or Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia to interface effectively with local and regional teams.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight manufacturing deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and detail-oriented approach to documentation and data entry.
