Legend Shipping Agencies is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Genteng, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our footprint across ocean freight, air freight, and end-to-end logistics solutions.
As a Sales Executive, you will manage the full sales lifecycle, from identifying new commercial opportunities to closing high-value shipping contracts. You will cultivate lasting relationships with local manufacturers, exporters, and importers, positioning Legend Shipping Agencies as their preferred supply chain partner. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across shipping, freight forwarding, and logistics sectors.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing key client accounts to ensure high retention and recurring volume.
- Prepare competitive freight quotations and negotiate service agreements to achieve company profitability targets.
- Coordinate with operational and customer service teams to guarantee seamless cargo delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments across East Java.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales KPIs set by management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven B2B sales experience in freight forwarding, shipping lines, or 3PL logistics.
- Deep understanding of ocean freight, customs brokerage, and domestic logistics operations in Indonesia.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets consistently.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
