Vanguard Core Labs is seeking an exceptional Senior Distributed Systems Engineer to design, build, and optimize our next-generation infrastructure engine. In this role, you will tackle hard concurrency, consensus, and data distribution challenges serving millions of real-time transactions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, build, and maintain mission-critical distributed runtime systems and persistent storage backends.
- Optimize network throughput, memory utilization, and execution latency across distributed microservices.
- Implement distributed consensus mechanisms, cluster management, and cross-datacenter failover logic.
- Conduct deep performance profiling, tracing, and root-cause analysis on production bottlenecks.
- Drive engineering standards, automated load testing, and comprehensive fault-injection testing.
- Collaborate with product and infrastructure leads to define long-term architectural scaling limits.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping high-performance distributed systems in production.
- Expert-level proficiency in Go, Rust, or modern C++.
- Deep understanding of distributed computing fundamentals, including consensus algorithms (Raft, Paxos), CAP theorem, and event-driven architectures.
- Hands-on mastery of Linux internals, memory management, TCP/IP networking, and kernel-level tuning.
- Proven track record architecting data pipelines handling terabyte-scale transactional workloads.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent practical systems engineering experience.
