CloudScale Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to own system reliability, latency, and operational efficiency across distributed cloud environments.
You will design autonomous infrastructure platforms, eliminate operational toil through software engineering, and drive resilience initiatives for critical enterprise workloads.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, automate, and operate mission-critical Kubernetes clusters across AWS and GCP.
- Establish, measure, and optimize SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets across core distributed services.
- Build software tooling to automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and incident remediation.
- Participate in an on-call rotation, driving root cause analysis (RCA) and post-incident reviews.
- Collaborate with product engineering teams to ensure architectural scalability and resilience.
- Implement comprehensive distributed tracing, monitoring, and alerting using OpenTelemetry and Prometheus.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or systems engineering roles for production-grade web systems.
- Strong development proficiency in Go, Python, or Rust.
- Deep operational expertise with container orchestration via Kubernetes.
- Extensive experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Linux internals, networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/2, gRPC), and cloud security.
- Proven track record managing observability stacks including Prometheus, Grafana, and Jaeger.
