Vanguard Cloud Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to lead resilience, scalability, and automation efforts across our distributed cloud architecture.
You will collaborate closely with platform and product teams to eliminate operational toil, optimize infrastructure performance, and champion high-availability engineering practices.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, automate, and maintain multi-region Kubernetes infrastructure on AWS.
- Design and monitor SLOs, SLIs, and comprehensive telemetry using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
- Lead root-cause analysis for production incidents and drive blameless post-mortem actions.
- Develop internal tooling and CLI utilities in Go and Python to eliminate manual operational workflows.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform to support secure, auditable, and immutable environments.
- Participate in a collaborative on-call rotation with dedicated engineering focus time.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of experience managing production systems at scale in AWS or GCP environments.
- Expertise in container orchestration platforms, specifically Kubernetes (EKS/GKE).
- Proficiency in programming with Go or Python, alongside advanced shell scripting.
- Deep understanding of Linux internals, TCP/IP networking, and distributed systems architecture.
- Demonstrated experience with Infrastructure as Code frameworks such as Terraform or OpenTofu.
- Proven background in CI/CD pipeline optimization using GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
