Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome and seat guests warmly, presenting menus and sharing daily specials or game-day promotions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Point of Sale (POS) system and relay details to bar and kitchen teams.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high hygiene, quality, and presentation standards.
- Upsell signature drinks, snacks, and venue specials to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
- Check in on guests periodically during their meal to handle requests and ensure an outstanding dining experience.
- Prepare accurate guest bills, process cash and electronic card payments, and handle split bills smoothly.
- Maintain table cleanliness, clear empty plates and glassware, and sanitize dining areas between seatings.
- Work collaboratively with front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth shift transitions and fast service during peak sporting events.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Waiter, Waitress, or Server in a busy restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment preferred.
- Conversational English proficiency to comfortably communicate with international visitors; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, energetic, and customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume sports bar atmosphere.
- Basic familiarity with POS systems, payment processing terminals, and order entry procedures.
- High standards of personal presentation, grooming, and sanitation practices.
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays based on sports broadcasting schedules.
- A team player with high physical stamina to stay on their feet and handle tray service throughout shifts.
